Pick up from Guwahati Airport / Railway Station and transfer to the hotel. Evening you can visit Brahmaputra River Cruise ( Subject to availability and on Own Payment basis ), night stay at Guwahati.
After Breakfast visit Maa Kamakhya Temple then transfer to Shillong, which is also called the 'Scotland of the East". On the way visit the majestic Umiam Lake (Barapani). You may do the water sports here (Optional). On arrival at Shillong, check in at your hotel. Evening you can visit the Police Bazaar which is the biggest local market. Overnight stay at Shillong.
After breakfast, drive to Cherrapunjee (4,400 ft.), the wettest place in the world. On the way enjoy Mawkdok Valley, Nohkalikai falls, Dainthlen Falls and Ramakrishna Mission (drive pass). On arrival at Cherrapunjee, check in at your hotel. Evening back to Shillong. Night stay.
After an early breakfast drive to Mawlynnong – “Asia’s Cleanest Village''. Mawlynnong offers many interesting sights such as the living root bridge and another strange natural phenomenon of a boulder balancing on another small rock. Later proceed to Dawki, a small town near India Bangladesh border. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the Umngot River. Evening drive back to Shillong. Stay overnight at your hotel in Shillong.
After breakfast check out from the hotel and visit Don Bosco Museum (Sunday Closed) & Ward’s Lake. Later transfer to Kaziranga National Park, the home of “One Horned Rhinoceros”, On arrival Check in at your hotel. Evening is free for leisure. Overnight stay at Kaziranga.
Early morning explore any one zone of Kaziranga National Park on the back of Elephant. Apart from the Rhino, other species found are Hog Deer, Swamp Deer, Wild Buffalo, Elephants and if you are lucky then tiger also. It is also home to pelicans, storks and darters as there are a number of water bodies inside the Park. Return to the resort for breakfast. Mid morning at leisure. In the afternoon enjoy jeep safari through the National Park. Return to the hotel. Evening you can visit Orchid Park, Overnight stay at Kaziranga.
After breakfast, drive to Guwahati- visit Balaji Temple, Basistha Ashram, Sankardev Kalakshetra. Evening you can visit- Brahmaputra River Heritage Site. Overnight stay at Guwahati.
